Xiaomi Redmi 4A smartphone was announced and launched in November 2016. The phone features a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels at a PPI of 296 pixels per inch. Xiaomi Redmi 4A price in Nigeria starts from N42,000. 

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor and with 2GB of RAM. The phone comes with 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a memory card. For the camera,  Xiaomi Redmi 4A packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A runs Android 6.0 and is powered by a 3120mAh non removable battery. It measures 139.50 x 70.40 x 8.50 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 131.50 grams.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A is a dual SIM smartphone that accepts Micro-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Infrared, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
