AIRTEL WEEKEND DATA PLAN - 1GB FOR N100

Airtel Nigeria mobile Telecommunications has introduced a weekend Internet data plan which gives subscribers the opportunity to get 1GB (1024mb) of data for just one hundred naira (N100).

The package works for all major devices include Android phones, IPhone/iPad, Blackberry OS, Laptops, Window phones and Java phones. 

How to subscribe for Airtel weekend plan. 
- Load N100 on your Sim
- Dial *474*1# to subscribe 
- Dial *140#  to check balance 

The subscribers can get more than the 1GB stated. For example if you needed 3GB of data for the weekend, Load N300 on Friday before 11:59pm and dial the code above for 1GB, the same code on Saturday before 11:59pm and last one Sunday making it 3GB of data for the weekend. The plan is designed to start working on Friday night from 11:59pm to 11:59pm on Sunday. 

Note : The worst part of this plan is, not all Airtel Sim cards is supported by this data bundle. So make sure you dial the code first before you load money to know if your Sim is eligible for this plan.
